Planeta Formación y Universidades has organized, with the collaboration of the L'Hospitalet de Llobregat City Council, an event for businessmen and managers with the aim of providing knowledge, trends and real solutions to companies that must face the challenges of digitization. Integration with companies is part of the DNA of the educational model of Planeta Formación and Universities, which is why more than 150 companies with headquarters in Barcelona and L'Hospitalet from different sectors attended the event.
The conference, focused on guiding the top managers of companies and organizations on how to face the challenges that the digitization of the economy entails, took place at the new headquarters in L'Hospitalet that Grupo Planeta inaugurated last year. For his part, the deputy mayor of L'Hospitalet City Council, Francesc Josep Belver , wanted to acknowledge " the commitment of both the city and Planeta Formación and Universities to innovation and education, highlighting, in particular, the jointly promoted scholarships to facilitate access to training." Individual presentations were then given by Jordi Marín , General Director of Microsoft Catalunya, Miguel Arjona, R&D Director of Altran, and Mª Ángeles Tejada , General Director of Public Affairs of Randstad Spain and member of the advisory board of the Randstad Foundation. The event ended with a round table that brought together all the speakers led by Ramon Pellicer.
